Queensland Nepalese Cultural Centre - QNCC
(opens in a new tab)The need for a cultural center has been felt for generations.
Now is the time, and we are the ones who can make it a reality.
Together, we can. Let’s act together.”
Thank you to City Vision TV Australia for disseminating this information. Your continued support of the QNCC is highly valued.
Some events are more than a single day on the calendar. They carry long-term significance and shape where a whole initiative goes next. This is one of them.For years we have dreamed, talked and planned. Now the time has come to act. Our campaign to build the Queensland Nepalese Cultural Centre cannot move forward without everyone's participation, support and effort. 🙏This Saturday's working bee is about making our property something we can all be proud of. When people visit or pass by, we want them not only to feel good about what they see, but to connect with the vision behind it and want to be part of it.It is also an important moment for our community to show where it stands. We will soon be entering a new phase of fundraising, and the election for the next Management Committee is just around the corner. Strong community turnout sends a clear message: this centre matters to us. That kind of support encourages capable, committed people to step forward, serve on the committee and give their best.So we ask you to pause and reflect. Is this something you want to be part of? If the answer is yes, we would love to see you there. Every pair of hands, every hour, and every contribution counts.

🏡 Come and See Where Our Cultural Centre Will Be Built! QNCC Open HouseDid you know that QNCC has purchased a property? This is the land where our future Nepalese Cultural Centre will one day be built: a place of our very own, where our community can gather, celebrate, worship and share our Nepali identity for generations to come. 🇳🇵While the centre itself is yet to be built, we'd love for you to visit the property as it stands today. This open house is a chance to walk around the site, picture what it can become, and share your ideas for its future development. It's also an opportunity to lend a hand in helping us look after the property in the meantime.☕ We'll welcome you with a warm cup of Nepali-style chiya! You're also welcome to bring some snacks to share with fellow community members.🚗 Parking is limited, so we kindly encourage carpooling wherever possible.📅 Date: Sunday, 27 September 2026🕘 Time: 9:00 – 11:00 am📍 Address: 283–293 Logan Reserve Road, Logan ReserveCome along with family and friends and be part of the important steps toward our community's future home! 🙏
